Beyond the debate about capital punishment, is the reality of the various methods used. From 1924 through 1999, for over 75 years, the gas chamber has been a part of this dreadful reality. What is the history of this method of execution, that was for so long, the norm in California. And what is the connection, morally and corporately, between our use of the gas chamber in America and the spreading of the gas chamber throughout the world, even in WWI and WWII.
